A BlumHouse Productions tribute, but with plumb faith! If you want your movie pitched under the Plumb Shack umbrella, send us a message in the “Apply / Comment” button.
For whoever has despised the day of small things shall rejoice, and shall see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.

Our goal is to reach Gen Z who are furthest from God, to move them along the Engel Scale.

Plumb Shack Suggestions from Discussions:
1)Each member commits to liking and/or commenting on each other’s posts, in order to activate the algorithms. Perhaps this could be gamified with fans: they collect points for interacting on social media and win monthly or weekly prizes. Is there a way to scrub the internet to collect this Like and Comment data, so that it doesn’t have to be added up manually?

2)Another idea is collaborating on 4-walling, which is when you rent a theater and market and sell your own tickets. On Wednesday, March 6, I purchased an ad before a local filmmaker’s 4-walled movie, to advertise my own screening of VengeanceTrail.com on April 23 at Malco Cordova Cinema Grill. I now have the contact info to 4-wall other people’s movies in Memphis. If a member filmmaker 4-walls their movie in say Dallas, we could also swap movies. If a bunch of us hosted screenings of member movies once a month, we could create quite the collaboration of shared efforts. We wouldn’t have to travel to each other’s cities, and each of our movies would have a Plumb Shack rep for Q&A. And, if I collect contact info for businesses willing to place a poster ad in their window in exchange for a free ticket or 2, we could create a database of indie-film-friendly places to advertise. I will report on the success of creating a Memphis premiere event for my Western.
